Shipping Policy
MagnaFlow products sold through www.magnaflow.com can be shipped throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico, with flat-rate ground shipping within the Continental United States on all products. Customers who require expedited shipping or shipments to be made to locations outside of the Continental United States will be provided additional options and costs at checkout.
Shipping charges and sales tax will be shown before an order is finalized provided that the ship to postal code is correct. If an item is not available, the customer may select to be notified when the part will be available to ship. After an order is submitted, the customer will receive an email confirmation on their order. All orders placed by 11am Pacific time, Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays), will be shipped within the same business day. All orders placed on weekends will ship on the upcoming Monday. The customer will receive another email confirmation after the order has been shipped. If the customer has not received a shipping notification with a tracking number within 72 hours of placing the order, the customer should contact us here and one of our dedicated support agents will respond in a timely manner.
Returns Policy
MagnaFlow offers a 30 day returns policy for all products that are unused and in original packaging, effective from the confirmed shipment arrival date. Returns of products that are used and/or not in original packaging, returned within the 30 day timeframe, will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and are subject to a restocking fee up to 20%. The customer is responsible for the return cost to ship the product back to MagnaFlow facilities on all returns excluding warranties.
MagnaFlow will provide the customer with a prepaid return label that must be used to ship the product. Any returns received without the provided prepaid return label will not be accepted. Once the product is received and inspected, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount.
For all returns due to a product defect, please see our warranty policy here. If the return is accepted under our warranty policy, the customer will receive a full refund and the return cost to ship the product will be covered by MagnaFlow. If the return is not accepted under our warranty policy, the normal return policy stated above will apply. To submit a warranty claim, please follow our normal return process listed below, and choose “Warranty Defect” as the reason. Customers will need to ship the product using the prepaid shipping label provided by MagnaFlow. Once the product is inspected and found to be defective, the customer will receive a full refund, without any return cost deduction.
For all warranty returns and non-warranty returns, please allow 5 business days for MagnaFlow to inspect the item. If there are any issues regarding a return, Customer Service will contact the customer. If a refund is to be issued, it will be processed by the 5th business day and the customer will be notified via email. Any refund amounts will be credited to the customer’s original payment method. Customers who used their credit card to purchase should contact their card issuer to determine the average timeframe for when the refund will be posted.
